To help you avoid the more touristy restaurants, your local leader will happily provide you with recommendations. To drink, you can seek out Sardinian wines, including vermentino, nuragus, cannonau and monica, and sample mirto, the Sardinian after-dinner liqueur made from the leaves of the myrtle plant.
