Anchorage is the largest city of Alaska, but not the capital (Juneau). It is the gateway to adventure and activities in this part of the world.

Denali (anciennement connu sous le nom de mont McKinley) est la plus haute montagne d'Amérique du Nord. Le parc national Denali, réserve internationale de biosphère, offre une grande variété d'animaux sauvages, notamment des grizzlis et des élans. Glacier Bay est un grand parc national (13 000 km2) composé de zones sauvages, de montagnes, de champs de glace, de flore et de faune (ours, loups, lynx, orques, baleines à bosse). Aucune route ne mène au parc. Vous pouvez vous y rendre soit par ferry/croisière, soit par avion.
